Discover the Character of Ch. Beau Séjour Bécot Saint-Émilion
Château Beau-Séjour Bécot is perched on the limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion and ranks among the leading estates of the appellation. The vineyard is planted mainly with Merlot and Cabernet Franc on clay-limestone soils that bring both generous fruit and a distinctive salty minerality. In the cellar each plot is vinified separately and the wine is matured in a mix of barrels, amphorae and large casks. The bouquet reveals dark berries and cherries wrapped in notes of violets, lilac, raw cocoa and forest floor. On the palate it is concentrated yet silky, with powdery tannins, vibrant freshness and a long, chalky finish, making this a Saint-Emilion with real depth and impressive ageing potential.
