The vineyard is planted mainly with Merlot, supported by Cabernet varieties that add spice and structure. According to estate information the grapes are harvested by hand, fermented in temperature-controlled tanks and matured for about a year in French oak. The bouquet offers juicy notes of blackberry, black cherry and plum with hints of oak, coffee and liquorice.
