| Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo is part of Asahi Shuzo’s acclaimed premium range and is brewed from Yamada Nishiki rice polished down to 45 percent. This high polishing level gives a pure, fruit-driven style with plenty of finesse. The nose evokes muscat grapes, mandarin and crisp apple alongside floral tones and a faint rice character. On the palate Dassai 45 is light to medium in body, silky and very approachable, offering delicate sweetness balanced by refreshing acidity. A harmonious, fruity and slightly mineral finish makes it an adaptable partner for tempura, grilled fish, fusion cuisine or simply served chilled as an aperitif.
