Discover the character of Faiveley Bienvenues Batard Montrachet
Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru from Domaine Faiveley originates from one of Burgundy’s most renowned Chardonnay terroirs. Its pale, clear colour accompanies an expressive bouquet of white and yellow fruits, acacia and orange blossom and hints of freshly baked brioche. On the palate the wine is delicate yet powerful, revealing flavours of ripe stone fruit, stewed orchard fruit and candied lemon, supported by fine spice. Lively, precise acidity carries an almost salty minerality that gives great length. The texture is concentrated and silky while remaining impeccably balanced and refined. A complex, distinguished Grand Cru that pairs beautifully with fine fish, shellfish, veal or richly flavoured vegetarian dishes.
