| Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum combines characterful Jamaican rum with natural spices and carefully judged maturation. The base is sourced from the renowned Long Pond and Clarendon distilleries, with rums aged in ex-bourbon barrels and partly finished in PX sherry casks. After ageing, the rum is infused with Madagascan vanilla, coconut, ginger and a selection of Jamaican spices. On the nose, intense vanilla, coconut, dried fruit and toffee notes meet warm, exotic spice. The palate is soft, rounded and generous, showing a sweet-spicy profile where rum character, oak and botanicals are seamlessly intertwined. A subtle sherry-like depth adds complexity without sacrificing drinkability. The finish is long, creamy and marked by vanilla, caramel and hints of tropical fruit.
