Château Paradis Casseuil is part of the wider Domaines Barons de Rothschild family and represents a classically styled, approachable Bordeaux red. The blend is based on cabernet sauvignon and merlot, supplemented by other traditional grape varieties and partly aged in oak. The bouquet offers dark berries, black cherry and gentle spice with subtle roasted notes. On the palate the wine is well structured and harmonious, with moderate, fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity. A graceful, slightly spicy finish makes it a versatile Bordeaux to enjoy with beef, veal, poultry and everyday home cooking.
