Discover the Character of Ch.Lynch Moussas Pauillac
Château Lynch-Moussas is a Fifth Growth in Pauillac with about 60 hectares of vines planted mainly with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The vineyard lies on gravelly rises with clay-sand subsoils that favour slow, even ripening. Vines are carefully tended and grapes are harvested by hand, fermented in temperature-controlled vats and matured in French oak barrels. The bouquet reveals blackcurrant, dark cherry and plum with cedar, herbs and gentle spice. On the palate Lynch-Moussas is medium- to full-bodied, showing the firm backbone typical of Pauillac, but with ripe tannins and a core of juicy fruit. The finish is long, balanced and quietly persistent.
