The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend offers aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and blackberry, lifted by graphite, cedar wood, spice and a hint of liquorice. On the palate this Bordeaux is medium to full-bodied, with juicy dark fruit and fresh, precise acidity. Firm yet silky tannins provide structure while preserving elegance. A long, savoury, slightly earthy finish makes Frank Phélan an excellent partner for beef, lamb, game birds or mature cheeses. | |
