The nose offers yellow fruits, pear and melon alongside toasted grain, almond, citrus zest and smoky, flinty mineral notes. On the palate Les Granits is medium to full-bodied, round and concentrated, with juicy fruit wrapped in chiselled, limestone-like freshness. A long, salty and slightly bitter finish underlines its impressive ageing potential. This layered white is a superb partner for fine fish, shellfish, poultry, veal and mature soft cheeses. | |
