On the palate it is smooth and medium‑bodied, showing baked orchard fruit, toffee, caramel and a hint of honey. Gentle notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and toasted oak provide structure and depth. The finish is medium in length, creamy and warming, with echoes of chocolate, tropical fruit and subtle oak spice.
