| Goričko Blanc is a blend of Laški Rizling, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from the hills of Goričko in north‑eastern Slovenia. Hand‑picked grapes, a short period of skin contact and spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts give the wine depth and gentle grip. Ageing on fine lees in wooden barrels adds creaminess and subtle spice while preserving the natural freshness.
