| Goričko Sauvignon from Marof comes from the rolling hills of north‑eastern Slovenia and balances intense aromatics with cool‑climate finesse. The vines grow on quartz- and sand‑rich soils that lend a fine salty edge and clear mineral line to the wine. After selective hand harvesting the must ferments spontaneously and matures on fine lees, building texture and depth.
