| Madl Brut Nature comes from Sekthaus Christian Madl in the Weinviertel and is aimed at lovers of a pure, uncompromising sparkling style. The cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is produced by traditional bottle fermentation and spends an extended time on the lees before being bottled without added sulphur. The bouquet shows mango, papaya, ripe stone fruit and meadow herbs, wrapped in a touch of fresh yeast and brioche. On the palate the wine is bone dry, taut and precise, with fine mousse and vibrant acidity. The very low dosage lets mineral and fruit notes shine clearly.
